Owens Surveying was established in 2008 by Richard M. Owens Jr. PLS. but you can call him Marty. We are a small local business to Haywood county, and serve all the residents of Western North Carolina for their surveying needs. Each crew member is from Western North Carolina and we are familiar with these mountains.
